Dries in roof

Repair crew replaces old fascia if necessary

Step 3

Materials are delivered to your home

Step 4

Installation crew puts on drip edge & valley metal

Prepares for inspection

Step 5

City / County building inspection

Dry in / Metal inspection

Step 6

Installation crew installs roofing (shingles, tile, or metal)

Step 7

Final walk around with your Cooper Rep.

Note: Keep permit posted until final city / county inspection is complete.
